Paying for Your Jumia Order - A Step-by-Step Guide
At Jumia, we aim to make the process of paying for your orders as simple and seamless as possible. We offer a variety of payment methods to suit your needs, including Mobile Money, Mastercard, or Visa.

• Browse the JUMIA WEBSITE and select the items you'd like to purchase.
• Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Review your order details and make any necessary changes
Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over
Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.
Pickup Stations: The delivery time is the period from when you place your order to when you receive an SMS, Whatsapp, email or app notification that your order is ready for pickup. Ensure you pickup your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
